Solution Architect
The Opportunity:

As a solution architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products. With your guidance, we'll help transform the way the Department of War (DoW) uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You Have:
  • Experience in solution architecture and software development roles
  • Knowledge of large-scale systems integration and cross-domain solutions, including interfacing with government and DoW systems
  • Ability to work in Agile environments, including CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Ability to establish trust and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, including OpenAPI, and distributed systems
  • Experience with orchestration and containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Serverless Architecture
  • Experience with cloud technologies and data engineering
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI and ML workflows, and supporting intelligent decision-making systems through MLOps pipelines
  • Possession of exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
