Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead scalable solution design and delivery across Workday HCM and at least two of the following modules: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, or Talent and Performance. Reporting expertise is mandatory. The role requires strong hands-on configuration experience, architectural judgment, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to deliver enhancements through Agile/Scrum practices using Jira.

What you will do:

• Lead Workday solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization across selected HCM functional areas.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in at least 2 modules such as Workday HCM, Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, or Talent and Performance along with Reporting as mandatory.
• Design and optimize business processes, workflows, approvals, notifications, validations, security controls, and exception handling.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and impact assessments to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and maintainability.
• Lead Workday enhancements, releases, integrations, production support activities, and major system changes.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, prompts, filters, and data validations using appropriate business objects and data sources.
• Ability to configure or create different forms in Workday Docs.
• Should be able to configure all kind of the reports in Workday such as Advanced, Composite, Matrix, etc.,
• Troubleshoot functional, reporting, security, and data issues, and recommend improvements aligned with Workday best practices.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira to manage epics, features, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, priorities, dependencies, and sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Workday Consultants, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture or senior consulting responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree Completed from a reputed University/Institute
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and at least two relevant modules such as Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, or Talent and Performance.
• Mandatory experience in Workday Reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, security, and production support.
• Experience delivering Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, integrations, and operational support.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable Workday designs and actionable delivery plans.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Worksheets, or Discovery Boards.

The base salary range for this position is $85,469.00 to 123,765.00 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
