Job ID: 90630 Solution Architect BIYour main responsibilitiesWork closely with colleagues to develop and design solutions in SAP, interfaces to SAP databases, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, and any other legacy SalesForce efforts. Work with other subject-matter experts to design, implement and improve system architecture. Responsible for all phases of assigned projects, from inception through production, implementation and post-implementation, to ensure best practices/methodologies are followed.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Analyze, assess and implement business processes/solution, perform gap analysis and identify issues within those business processes. Understand complex business requirements and translates into technical specifications.
- Lead IT projects, design architecture and provide best practices solution.
- Create and Maintain technical system architecture, Integration, description and overview.
- Analyze global strategy, solutions and provide strategic advice to management
- Discuss with BPM's about specific needs of the project, change requests and build repository to translate business discussions into epics and user stories.
- Develop deep and broad business capability and domain knowledge to enable effective business analysis and requirements planning and enhance IT's business acumen.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders that include Global Business Process Owners, Business Engagement BA's, Business Engagement Domain Architects, peer ERP Solution Architects. IT build and run resources (internal and external).
- Interact effectively with delivery teams to ensure business requirements are understood and properly assessed to drive feasibility and play back outcomes to business partners.
- Lead conference room pilots or proof of concept sessions for potential solutions to elicit requirements with a strong focus on business capability maturity to drive prioritization discussions.
- Support buildup processes for COE, Architectural review board and have a process/structure and align on all initiatives.
- Define architecture, project schedule, milestones, and publishing of progress reports.
- Identify customer needs and work collaboratively to address requirements.
- Lead and manage a team to foster cooperation and alignment among different business track.
What you bringBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Engineering, or other closely related field of study; plus 60 months (5 years) of experience in the offered position or other closely related positions. Experiences may be concurrent.
Travel required (5%) to company's Hanover, PA or other manufacturing plant & NY offices.

Base Salary $151,590 - $214,300
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
