Solution Advisor

Location: Remote
Department: Medication Adherence
Reports to: Terry Harris - Director Pharmacy Optimization - Medication Adherence

We are looking for a Solution Advisor to join our Medication Adherence team, where you'll collaborate with customers and cross-functional Omnicell teams. This is an opportunity to assist Omnicell automation customers in providing the best in pharmaceutical care through our high-volume automation.

What You'll Do

As a Solution Advisor, you will:
  • Assist customers in getting the most from their Omnicell automation
    • Customer engagement - build relationships and strategic partnerships becoming a trusted and valued resource.
    • Automation optimization - develop and implement customer specific plans regarding workflow, efficiency, and throughput through data analysis and hands on customer collaboration.
    • Training - deliver training and retraining to customers to ensure proper system use and optimal outcomes
    • Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with sales, professional services, technical support, and field services to deliver a best-in-class automation solution.
    • Issue resolution - Execute root cause analysis of automation issues and provide solutions.
    • Subject matter expert - Be a recognized for expertise with all automation functionalities including hardware and software.
    • Critical Thinking - Recommend technical and procedural enhancements to drive the effectiveness of Omnicell automation
    • Project management - Manage initiatives to drive desired results / outcomes.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of experience in healthcare, technology, operations, or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, consulting, or technical support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare systems, pharmacy automation, or medication management technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer engagements and drive performance improvements
  • Project management or process improvement experience
