Your Impact

  • Play a vital role in the secure design, build, and testing of software products through systematic testing and automation.


  • Influence the quality of products by contributing to CI/CD processes and defining quality gates.


  • Provide risk assessment and root cause analysis to improve product functionality and reliability.


  • Mentor peers and interns, helping to grow the next generation of technical talent.


  • Collaborate across teams to implement and document best practices that advance end-to-end product quality.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associate's, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelor's + 0 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with current technologies in the primary technical domain.


  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing software design plans, automated scripts, and quality assurance programs.


  • Experience in CI/CD environments, including defining and enforcing quality gates.


  • Ability to work independently, provide mentorship, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of secure coding principles and threat modeling for software features.


  • Proven experience designing and deploying solutions to test reliability, availability, latency, and performance.


  • Skilled in implementing automation frameworks and conducting complex testing to uncover product defects.


  • Strong background in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for software issues.


  • Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
