About the Team

The CISRS team work in a cross-functional capacity to deliver the C4ISR systems, subsystems and components related to our contracted ASDEFCON deliverables for LAND 400-2. The team is consists of a combination of Systems Engineers and Software Engineers, which matrix across the five variants of the Boxer platform.

About the Role

Reporting to the IPT Lead - CISRS, the Software Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 Software Engineers to design, develop, integrate and verify our CISRS product in relation to our contracted ASDEFCON deliverables. Some of your daily duties will include: Conceiving and recommending solutions in response to Requirements; participating in formal and informal Design Reviews; mentor assigned and other less experienced team members; and assist in the development of departmental capability.

  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
