Qualifications

• 5-7 years in test automation or orchestration systems for hardware or industrial settings.
• Experience integrating software with control systems or instrumentation.
• Strong focus on designing for auditability in software systems.
• Proven ability to transform manual processes into trusted software solutions.
• Demonstrated production discipline and agility in shipping software quickly.
• Familiarity with BMS protocols and data center MEP is a plus.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to automate commissioning processes including test orchestration and data capture.
• Create tools that convert commissioning scripts into consistent, executable code across multiple sites.
• Integrate developed software with building management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EPMS), and test equipment for automated evidence collection.
• Manage real-time reporting of commissioning status and results through effective software solutions.
• Ensure outputs of commissioning processes are traceable and auditable.
