Do you love building high-performance automation systems that make software delivery faster, smarter, and more reliable? Are you excited about integrating AI-driven innovations into DevOps workflows? If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and creating impact, this is your opportunity to lead the way.
How You'll help us connect the world:The Code-Ops team owns the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle-CI/CD, DevOps automation, engineering tooling, and AI-driven improvements to how we build and ship. We run MCP servers, an agentic development platform, and the integrations that connect AI coding assistants directly into CI/CD so great ideas move from PR to production faster (and safer).
We're a
small, high-leverage team: what we ship becomes the paved road for everyone else-improving developer experience, pipeline reliability, and release confidence at scale. If you care deeply about
DX, measurable delivery performance (e.g., DORA-style outcomes), and the future of AI-assisted development, you'll feel at home here.
What You'll do:- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines: Design and operate CI/CD pipelines end-to-end across the full SDLC - build, test, security scan, and deploy - using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Automate DevOps workflows: Automate DevOps workflows, eliminating manual toil across environment provisioning, release management, rollback, and incident recovery.
- Manage infrastructure as code: Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, deploying and scaling workloads on Kubernetes across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
- Build AI Ops pipelines: Build and integrate AI Ops pipelines - connecting LLM-based tooling and AI coding assistants directly into CI/CD and engineering workflows.
- Manage MCP infrastructure: Manage MCP server infrastructure and contribute to the agentic development platform that sits at the intersection of AI agents and CI/CD systems.
- Own engineering tooling: Own engineering tooling for the SDLC - from PR automation and code quality gates to developer dashboards and deployment observability.
- Drive reliability: Drive reliability through monitoring, alerting, and SLO ownership for CI/CD and platform infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Partner with engineering teams: Partner with product engineering teams to identify bottlenecks in their delivery pipeline and build durable, automated solutions.
Required Qualifications:- 2-3 years in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or a platform/infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience building or operating CI/CD pipelines in production (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based deployments
- Experience with Terraform or another IaC tool in a cloud environment
- Strong debugging mindset - you trace failures end-to-end and fix root causes, not symptoms
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with shared ownership.
