Primary Responsibilities:- Prioritize and execute tasks across the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices and tools by producing clean, efficient, and well-structured code using Java (1.8+), Python, and ReactJS
- Automate repetitive engineering and deployment tasks through scripting and modern infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools
- Review, debug, and optimize software code to maintain high performance, stability, and code quality
- Perform comprehensive software validation, performance testing, and verification testing to ensure enterprise-grade reliability
- Document development phases, establish system monitoring, and ensure high availability of production environments
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging engineering and AI trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years of experience working with front-end technologies, specifically ReactJS
- 2+ years of experience in microservices development using Java 1.8 (or higher) and Python
- 2+ years of experience working with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- 2+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure and CI/CD tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive software engineering tasks
- Proven analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 1+ years of experience working with distributed event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
- Experience with GraphQL for API development and querying
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Experience or strong interest in Scala
- Experience or strong knowledge in designing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and AI models in a production environment
- Passion for learning and a willingness to advance knowledge in AI/ML technologies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
