Software Engineer Full-time
Fort Belvoir, VA Salary Range: $120,000 - $125,000
Position Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. This role provides the opportunity for professional growth in a supportive work environment.
What You'll Do Responsibilities common to all position levels: - Collaborate with senior engineers to create and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient code following coding standards.
- Assist in testing and debugging software.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies.
- Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications - All Candidates: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years experience in software development
- U.S. citizenship and an active secret clearance
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, or Python.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
