About the RoleWe're looking for a Software Engineer in Test who thrives in fast-moving, high-intensity environments and enjoys turning ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional QA-fine tuning test infrastructure, tooling, and processes that directly accelerate engineering velocity and product quality.
What You'll Do- Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems
- Create internal tools that improve developer productivity and shorten iteration cycles
- Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines
- Drive best practices in testing, observability, and release confidence across the engineering org
What You'll Bring- 3-5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure and developer tooling
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Buildkite, or similar tools
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems
- A systems mindset-you think in terms of reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
