Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions that power our go-to-market teams. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce implementations and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will work within an agile team committed to quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
KSAs- Design, develop, and deploy customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud to support evolving business needs.
- Develop automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high test coverage standards (60; 80% Apex test coverage).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and clear communication.
- Participate in platform release management, including sandbox management, deployments, and change sets / DevOps pipelines.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor9;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education, and is at the hiring manager9s discretion.
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional setting
- Experience interfacing with databases and integrating third-party products with existing infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) or Field Service Lightning.
- Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM or Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Background in Java, Python, or JavaScript outside of Salesforce context.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher).
