Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
• Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Demonstrate knowledge of scalable database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Build secure applications by implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using DevOps best practices.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, logging, and alerting capabilities to improve application observability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and enterprise engineering standards.
• Solve complex technical problems to ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, scalable, and efficient.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
• 2+ years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies through iterative Agile development.
• 2+ years of experience working with one or more of the following: frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices and APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience building microservices.
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing business systems within an enterprise organization.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java and/or Python technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
