Must Have Skills: - 5+ years of VMware Aria Operations administration in large-scale, multi-datacenter environments.
- 3+ years of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) experience.
- Strong VMware infrastructure expertise (vCenter, ESXi, clusters, networking).
- Experience with VMware Aria Suite products and automation tools.
- Hands-on Ansible automation experience.
- Linux (RHEL preferred) administration and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have Skills: - VCF SDDC Manager, NSX, and vSAN experience.
- VMware Aria Suite product expertise.
- Platform lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl) and REST API integration.
- Experience in secure, compliance-driven enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow, Jira, and Archer (or similar GRC tools).
Education: - High School Degree or bachelor's degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required. Nice-to-Have Certifications
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- VMware Cloud Foundation certification
- VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
