Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical solutions makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.

As an engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the development of systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by supporting advanced system design, test, and evaluation by combining physics-based modeling, AI/ML techniques, autonomy, cyber, and platform engineering expertise.

Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these solutions but also evolve them with advanced technology. On our team, you'll be able to grow your skills by merging multiple technical engineering disciplines to create solutions that drive missions.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting new and ongoing software development and architectures
  • 5+ years of experience in software development using basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking
  • Experience developing high-fidelity physics-based models and simulations, and digital twins
  • Experience writing clean, maintainable, and test-driven code for new applications or improving legacy front-end systems
  • Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C/C++, or Golang
  • Experience with AI assisted development, machine learning operation pipelines, big data, data science, or unbounded data streams
  • Experience contributing to solutions within a collaborative, Agile, and cross-functional team environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle
  • Experience with design of experiments, ANOVA, and other statistical tests
  • Experience with foundation AI models, representation learning, computational and agent-based modeling, and machine learning integration
  • Experience leading validation and test and evaluation by benchmarking against ground-truth data and quantifying resilience under contested conditions
  • Knowledge of platform engineering, including deployment of workloads across cloud, such as AWS, Azure, or Cloud One, and on-premises HPC clusters
  • Knowledge of multi-domain operations, such as air, land, sea, space, cyber, and EW
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Science and Technology
