Software Engineer (Java)
Our client, an education services company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join their team, hit the ground running, and help drive to success. This will be a permanent position. The employee will work remotely until COVID restrictions are lifted. Their office is in Glen Allen, VA.
What will you do?
- Full stack development in Java, Angular or React preferred.
- Will participate in design/architecture, complete new development along with supporting the existing product (providing enhancements and new features)
- Work alongside a very talented and well respected technology team!
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of Java development experience.Various levels of positions from 3-10+ years of experience.
- Experience with Angular/React or similar frameworks and technologies
- Interest in cloud technology, AWS preferred
- Experience with Agile development methods, especially Scrum
- Experience delivering and maintaining software
- Ability to adapt to change and a commitment to excellence and quality
