Drives the architecture and delivery of high impact software solutions within the job area. Applies software engineering and architectural practices, along with emerging technologies, to design innovative, scalable solutions. Leads large or complex projects, providing crossteam guidance, coaching, and training that support business objectives and strengthen overall technical capability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the technical product management department or job area results and contributes to the development of goals for area of responsibility.
2. Guides end-to-end delivery and performance of technology services or products, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and service quality.
3. Defines comprehensive product scope, features, and pricing strategies aligned with market demands and business objectives.
4. Manages large technical product management initiatives and processes to foster product innovation and development.
5. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, analytics, and other teams to drive product development and innovation.
6. Analyzes market feedback and technology trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and competitive advantage.
7. Develops and implements strategic service improvement plans to optimize product functionality and user experience.
8. Manages planning and execution of product launches, updates, and lifecycle management activities.
9. Monitors and evaluates product performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet financial and operational goals.
10. Engages with stakeholders to align product strategies with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
11. Provides strong technical guidance, training, and direction to technical product teams and lower-level technical professionals.
12. Ensures adherence to regulatory compliance and internal technology standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical product management.
3. Experience in technology product lifecycle management, market trend analysis, and innovation.
4. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to technology products.
5. Experience managing technical products and services.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Strong experience with agile methodologies, enterprise product management tools, and various architectural domains.
4. Ability to evaluate technology product trends and competitive dynamics in the enterprise technology sector.
