Role and Responsibilities: 1) Experience developing device drivers; preferably Ethernet and PCI/PCIe drivers for Linux. 2) Understanding of networking concepts (Socket Programing, various protocol stacks). 3) Good understanding of Linux OS internals and System Programing (Linux kernel, IPC, process model, multi-threading, locking mechanism, etc.). 4) Excellent C programming skills. 5) Familiarity with NIC offloads, OVS, DPDK, Virtio, SRIOV, and IPSec is a plus.
