Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance end-to-end full-stack software solutions, encompassing both mobile client interfaces (Android/iOS) and backend microservices, to support Women's Health initiatives within Google Health.
  • Build and evolve scalable APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and storage capabilities (e.g., One Platform RPC/REST APIs, Time Series Store, Spanner) supporting cycle tracking, pregnancy experiences, and partner integrations.
  • Partner with AI/Intelligence engineers and researchers to integrate Personal Health Agent (PHA) and Gemini-powered conversational and proactive health insights into user-facing journeys.
  • Participate in and lead technical design reviews with peers and cross-functional stakeholders (Product Management, UX Design/Research, Clinical, and Privacy/Security teams) to decide among available architectures and technologies.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in code health, accuracy, testability, accessibility, and privacy compliance.
