They are responsible for the research, design, configuration, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and support of software operating systems, enterprise applications, and digital asset management solutions. They communicate project information to clients, project managers, and other design personnel. They maintain strong working relationships with clients and staff, write and maintain complete documentation, support team members, and keep management informed of status and significant problems. Minimum Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience - Three years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing enterprise content management, digital asset management, or other business-critical enterprise applications. - Two years of experience working with REST APIs, system integrations, Java, JavaScript, or similar enterprise technologies. - Experience administering SaaS or enterprise platforms, including user access management, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor-supported upgrades. - Experience interfacing with databases and integrating third-party products with existing infrastructure. - Experience troubleshooting application issues, supporting end users, and maintaining enterprise software platforms. Experience in Lieu of Education - Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement, generally at a rate of one year of experience per one year of education, at the hiring manager's discretion.
