Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern application development and a passion for exploring emerging technologies. This individual contributor will join a team of highly skilled engineers driving a strategic, multi-year Financial Center modernization. The role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative solutions and proof-of-concepts that enhance the digital experience for Financial Center associates and Clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack engineering, demonstrate excellent problem solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires close collaboration with business and technology partners to evaluate solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications. The successful candidate must be able to effectively document, present, and communicate technical findings, recommendations, and solution options to audiences ranging from engineering teams to senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
  • Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
  • Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
  • Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
  • Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
  • Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of software engineering experience
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology solutions,
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their application in software engineering and business solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile software delivery and cross functional team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and application
    modernization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to rapidly learn emerging technologies and translate them into business value.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fastpaced, innovative environment.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.

  • Hands-on experience in Agile software delivery and cross functional team collaboration.
