Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management)Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Professional experience with Java is preferred. - Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred - Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122574 - $256000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
