** This is a hybrid position that requires residency in California, even during remote work periods. **
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for designing and implementing features for our new, internally developed AAA game, as well as general debugging and troubleshooting.
What you will be doing:
- Design, implement and debug features for our internally developed AAA game.
- Work with Unreal.
- Discuss, design, and plan game features with artists and game designers.
- Attend trade shows and live events as needed (e.g. E3, Anime Expo, etc.).
- Test prototypes of future game titles to provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Must have 4 years experience in programing, professionally or in school.
- B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of Unreal and C++.
- Fluency in 3D graphics and shader programming is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire to learn and to grow.
- Ability to work with small, agile team environments.
- Passion for games is a plus.

Business Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM in Pacific Time
Salary Range: $75,000 - $119,000 per year (DOE)
