Description: Software Integration Engineer Sr, driving the full technology development lifecycle-from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You'll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high-fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system-level models.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- **Develop, integrate, support, and debug** cutting-edge software across multiple platforms.
- **Own and troubleshoot** CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible.
- **Champion virtual development labs** and aircraft-software workflows, keeping them nimble and user-friendly.
- **Design and build** automation frameworks using a mix of open-source, commercial, and in-house tools-letting you experiment with the latest technologies.
- **Engage daily** in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team.

Basic Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience programming in C++ and/or Java
• Experience developing software on Linux
• Experience with simulation software environments
Desired skills :
• Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Experience with Real-time software development and integration
• Experience programming in Python
• A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
• Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
• Experience with Open Mission Systems
• Experience leading software projects
