We're looking for a Software Engineer to join a team working at the cutting edge of agentic AI, developing a production-grade platform that powers intelligent, autonomous workflows in a real operational environment. You'll work hands-on with agentic primitives like skills, prompts, and subagents to create adaptive, context-aware capabilities - and you'll collaborate directly with cyber analysts to turn complex operational challenges into high-impact technical solutions.
This isn't a prototype-and-shelve situation. You'll be building, maintaining, and evolving a live platform that matters to the people using it. You'll integrate diverse data sources and external APIs, design real-time analytics pipelines, and help shape how agents operate and deliver results in demanding, complex environments. In this role, you will:
- Develop agentic integrations with Python that leverage multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production
- Build tools and agentic workflows within modern frameworks like PydanticAI, Langgraph, and DeepAgents
- Work directly with key stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand operational workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines in Python, leveraging Apache Kafka for stream processing and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying
- Maintain and troubleshoot a production-grade agentic platform serving real users in an operational environment
Requirements- 3 years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency (or 7 years of experience in lieu of a B.S. in a technical discipline)
- B.S. in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years of experience in place of the degree
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications servicing hundreds to thousands of users
- Understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling
- Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event-streaming platforms
- Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation
Preferred Skills- Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration
- Background in cybersecurity or familiarity with security operations workflows
- Experience managing deployments in AWS Cloud with Kubernetes
- GitLab CI/CD automation
- Experience with retrieval systems such as RAG, vector databases, or semantic search
- Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets, including network traffic and OS events
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations

Salary Range$197,500 - $232,500
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
