Salary RangeThe projected compensation range for this position is
238K-245K(annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

- Full Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) experience that includes:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
- Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer to design feature specifications and build products
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently
Qualifications- AMaster's degree with eighteen (18) years of system engineeringexperience
- OR aBachelor's degree with twenty (20) years of systems engineering experiencein a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical,Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software,Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry,Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from anaccredited college or university
- OR aHigh School Diploma or GED with twenty four (24) years of systemsengineering experience.
