We are currently hiring a software engineer to join our engineering team to build and maintain a secure and robust cloud-based infrastructure on Simcencer X platform.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test and deliver complete user story with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate on architecture and integration requirements across multiple teams.
- Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market alignment - positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.
- Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.
- Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
- Gather and analyse metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Showcase POCs enabling use of new frameworks/technologies.
Qualifications:- Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application is a must.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on [Java/Go/Python].
- Proven experience in designing and implementing object-oriented solutions.
- Strong background in developing distributed systems and stateless architectures.
- Hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and modern Python-based AI/ML libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Ability to gather and analyse software requirements and design efficient solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in working with various databases (including RDBMS, Graph, Document, Columnar databases) is a plus.

The pay range for this position is 109,800 - 197,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
