Software Development Specialist - Payload Activity Requirement Coordinator (PARC) Productivity Enhancement Tool (PET)
Position Overview
The Payload Activity Requirement Coordinator (PARC) Productivity Enhancement Tool (PET) Project Specialist will drive the final development phases, testing, and deployment of the PET platform. This position is responsible for finalizing core system functionalities across the input, processing, and output modules, ensuring full integration with operational standards and secure user access protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Input Phase & User Access Integration
- Implement single sign-on (SSO) authentication and establish defined user roles and access control permission structures.
- Lead the front-end wizard definition, user interface development, and WebAD template design.
- Align all input workflows and template structures with established Payload Operations Integration (PPO) standards.
Processing Phase & Database Engineering
- Develop and optimize backend code for pulling and managing WebAD templates within the database.
- Execute software integration utilizing Canvas, PML coding, and IDS coding to support complex data manipulation.
- Refine database architecture and design factors to ensure reliable data processing and workflow execution.
Output Phase & System Finalization
- Build automated export tools to render Canvas output directly into structured presentation files (.pptx).
- Develop database element transfer utilities to push populated WebAD templates and update system records.
- Complete end-to-end software execution processing, automated session management, and secure user logout functions.
Required Qualifications
- Software Development Experience: Hands-on experience developing, debugging, and deploying web application interfaces and backend processing scripts.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in applicable development frameworks and languages, including PML coding, IDS coding, and database integration protocols.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software integration (specifically WebAD and PowerPoint automation mechanisms.
- System Architecture: Understanding of database design principles, role-based access security, and software workflow optimization.
