Position Summary

Job Description Summary:
Monitors interfaces and critical programs in production systems for errors, performance and any other abnormalities. Provides first level support for assigned Oracle Applications modules and related applications. Troubleshoots and resolves problems reported by users of these modules and applications. Investigates issues using vendor support website(s). Creates tickets or service requests with software vendor. Develops fixes for issues and develops changes to programs to resolve issues. Investigates setup or configuration changes required in Oracle Applications. Works with other team members, DBA team and other teams to resolve issues. Works with Business Process Owner(s) to test and make changes to Oracle Applications setup or configurations to resolve issues. Develops test scripts and test programs according to business requirements. Writes technical documentation and user manuals. Works with Business Process Owners to investigate new functionality in Oracle applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Info Sys, IT-related, Comp Sci, Operations (any), Management (any), Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business (any), Language (any), Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics or related and two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience in the following: Oracle Applications; SQL; PL/SQL; Reports 10g; Forms 10g; BI Publisher; SQL*Loader; and Workflow.
