Lead technical efforts supporting an enterprise IT model focused on
talent, learning/training compliance, foreign-language development, recruiting, selection, and performance management.
Key Requirements- Lead a technical team and communicate directly with the Sponsor.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Strong Java development experience.
- Hands-on AWS/cloud development and environment management.
- Experience modernizing and maintaining web applications, systems, APIs, databases, and services.
- Ability to recommend solutions that improve UX/UI, delivery speed, quality, modernization, and O&M costs.
- Experience with COTS products, especially ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of the full system accreditation lifecycle.
- Experience managing Tier 1-3 IT support through service-management systems.
- Develop IT documentation such as SOPs, workflows, knowledge bases, deployment checklists, architecture diagrams, security plans, and administrative procedures.
- Manage enterprise software lifecycle activities, including patching, upgrades, and license renewals.
- Experience applying Agile methodology and accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with the Sponsor and partner IT organizations.

- Language, compliance, and performance-management applications.
