- Defining and refining requirements by bridging the gap between business needs and software development teams.
- Developing full-stack applications, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and database solutions.
- You will be expected to design and enhance scalable web applications that support critical operational processes.
- Building and maintaining backend APIs and data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and contributing to the modernization of the technology stack.
- You will be balancing the development of innovative new tools with the ongoing support and enhancement of existing systems.
- Collaborating in a dynamic environment where technical problem-solving directly impacts operational success.
What makes you great - You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, gather requirements, and deliver well-defined solutions in partnership with non-technical stakeholders
- You have experience developing modern web applications using full-stack development principles and best practices
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience building modern single-page applications (SPAs)
- Strong Python development experience, with Fast API knowledge considered a plus
- You have a solid understanding of relational databases, including schema design, SQL development, and performance optimization
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices, ETL pipeline development, and data-focused solutions
- You are familiar with operational or industrial software environments, Linux-based systems, Docker, and data science or mathematical modeling concepts, with willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
