Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Software Developer to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications supporting TSSC operations and analysis. This position is contingent upon award.
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:
$185,000 - $220,000.
Key duties:
- Develop TSSC analysis tools and implement signal-processing algorithms; integrate with existing Government systems.
- Write clean, documented, secure code; lead code reviews; contribute to architecture and technical roadmap.
- Manage the SDLC for TSSC applications; coordinate with front-end/back-end teams and the data engineering team; mentor junior developers.

Job Requirements
- Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Multiple languages/frameworks (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript); Agile/Scrum; Git; Docker/Kubernetes; SQL + NoSQL; secure coding; technical-security application experience.
