Qualifications

• 84 months of experience with Oracle 19c or higher, including PL/SQL, functions, stored procedures, and tuning.
• 84 months of experience in application development using PL/SQL.
• 60 months of experience developing with Oracle Application Express for web-based database systems.
• 60 months of experience monitoring a round-the-clock production schedule with around 250 jobs monthly.
• 60 months of experience creating runbooks for production environments using shell scripting, with preference for Perl.

Responsibilities

• Study the software application domain to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Prepare software requirements and specification documents for development projects.
• Liaise between software users and developers to communicate user demands.
• Coordinate changes to software systems based on user feedback and testing results.
• Mentor and guide other staff in software development processes and practices.
