  • Extensive backend development expertise in JavaScript, specifically applied to ServiceNow and ServiceNow Glide.
  • ServiceNow developer certification preferred, particularly Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, including scrum and task management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead backend development projects utilizing JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement and maintain workflows and process management best practices.
  • Communicate project status and requirements to stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct sprint reviews and assist in gathering project requirements.
  • Facilitate stand-up meetings and manage task assignments.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance project outcomes.

Full Job Description
 Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
 Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a master's with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience.
 Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript's programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide.
 ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 Understanding of and support with best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
 Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
 Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
 Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.
 Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
