Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for coordinating all scaffolding, painting, and insulation activities in live construction, turnaround, and maintenance settings. The purpose of this role is to align resources, sequencing, safety, quality, and cost controls to support reliable execution and schedule certainty. Acting as the primary interface between subcontractors, Worley field engineering, planners, schedulers, and client representatives, you help ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and in line with project commitments.
Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between SPI subcontractors and Worley field engineers, planners, and schedulers.
• Participate in Plan of the Day (POD), gang box, kickoff, and progress meetings to align daily and weekly priorities.
• Ensure SPI scope is sequenced correctly to support construction activities and avoid unplanned hold points.
• Proactively identify and remove barriers to execution, particularly in T&M and unit-rate work models.
• Verify installations meet design, safety, quality, and inspection requirements prior to turnover.
• Monitor manpower levels, work progress, and completion forecasts; provide input to planning and project controls.
• Lead and support SPI safety performance through daily safety meetings, field observations, and enforcement of site standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between SPI crews and other crafts to optimize access, space, and equipment utilization.
• Provide constructability input and support resolution of technical, schedule, quality, and safety challenges.
• Maintain cost and schedule discipline to support delivery on plan and within budget.
• Complete required documentation to support project closeout and client turnover.
What you'll bring to the role
• Extensive experience coordinating scaffolding, painting, and insulation activities in large-scale industrial construction, turnaround, and maintenance environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SPI planning, sequencing, installation practices, and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors across multiple work fronts in operating or brownfield facilities.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with planners, schedulers, and field engineers to align execution with schedule demands.
• A safety-first mindset, with experience leading daily safety meetings and reinforcing site expectations.
• The ability to anticipate execution challenges and pragmatically resolve issues related to scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the confidence to engage clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• A collaborative, practical approach that balances field realities with overall project objectives.
