Summary:
Acts as a coordinator of psychosocial assessment and discharge planning for the patients/clients receiving inpatient psychiatric services at Hospital, providing leadership and psychosocial support necessary to address the individual's needs. Acting as a resource to patient/client, utilizes knowledge of community and health care resources to assist in addressing identified needs at any point of the continuum, pre-admission to post-discharge. Using timeliness and appropriateness of intervention, facilitates quality resource utilization. i. e. Length of stay and level of care.
Essential:
Seasoned professional knowledge, equivalent to a Master's degree
Graduate of a Master's degree program in social work, psychology, or other appropriate degree
3-5 years of experience preferred
Maryland Licensed LCSW license, LMSW candidates will also be considered
Pay Range: $30.00 to $51.27 Based On Experience
