Responsibilities:- Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals
- Review case files, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients, Social Security Administration, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Advocate for clients during hearings and appeals before administrative law judges
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
Requirements:- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership
- At least 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
- Strong knowledge of Social Security Disability regulations and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate and client-focused attitude
