Full Job Description
About the Role

We're an AI-native immigration law firm reimagining how people navigate the immigration process. Our legal team produces original, expert-driven content, and we're building a brand that makes immigration law clear, accessible, and genuinely human. We're looking for a creative, design-savvy storyteller to be the voice and face of that brand across every channel.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco's Jackson Square neighborhood, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What You'll Do

Social Media Management
  • Own day-to-day management, publishing, and engagement across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others as we grow)
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content
  • Monitor conversations, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate an engaged community around our brand
  • Track performance metrics and continuously iterate on what's working

Content Design
  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and visual formats based on original content from our legal writing team
  • Develop repeatable visual templates that make complex legal topics clear and shareable
  • Uphold and evolve our brand guidelines so every piece of content looks and feels unmistakably cohesive

Video & On-Camera Content
  • Appear on camera to film and present Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content
  • Shoot and edit polished video with strong pacing, captions, and hooks

Brand & Community
  • Serve as the voice and face of our brand - both online and in person
  • Attend industry and community events on our behalf and support community engagement initiatives
  • Help shape our evolving brand identity as we scale our social presence
What We're Looking For
  • 2-7 years of social media, content design, or growth marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage startup
  • Proven track record managing and growing brand social accounts, with a portfolio of designed content and video work
  • A strong design eye - you know what premium, editorial-quality social content looks like and can produce it consistently
  • Comfort and confidence on camera, plus solid video editing skills for short-form content
  • Excellent written communication - you can translate dense legal or regulated-industry topics into clear, engaging posts
  • Self-starter who can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one of: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent design tools

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing trust-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive services (legal tech, fintech, healthtech, or similar)
  • Personal connection to immigration, international mobility, or experience engaging immigrant or international talent communities
  • Familiarity with both B2C and B2B audiences
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
  • Full-time position with competitive benefits at a well-funded, mission-driven startup

Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location

This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA (Jackson Square). We have a strong preference for candidates who are local or willing to work in-person full-time. Remote and remote-first candidates are not a fit for this position.
