About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Social Impact Specialist to join our growing Social Impact team. In this role, you will help drive meaningful community engagement by managing our global volunteer program, supporting philanthropic operations and amplifying the impact of CrowdStrike's social impact initiatives. You are a collaborative, detail-oriented program manager who is passionate about corporate responsibility and building programs that connect employees to causes that matter. What You'll Do:

Volunteer Program Management

• Lead program execution for the CrowdStrike Cares volunteer program, driving global employee engagement and activating volunteer events across all regions.

• Recruit and support 10+ regional volunteer committees, providing planning resources, toolkits and ongoing guidance.

• Facilitate quarterly calls with volunteer committee leads to align on priorities, share best practices and track progress.

• Capture and share program impact through event recaps, photo documentation and program summaries.

• Manage the volunteer program budget, including nonprofit donations, T-shirt microsite and matching gift program payments.

• Drive marketing and communications strategies for volunteer and matching gift programs.
  

Platform & Operations

• Administer the YourCause platform, supporting employees with matching gift submissions, volunteer event registration and general program inquiries.

• Maintain philanthropic data integrity through regular audits of giving data and accurate recordkeeping.

• Lead budget operations for philanthropic giving and volunteerism, including annual operating plan (AOP) planning, Coupa management and monthly budget tracking.

• Support giving and volunteerism reporting, contributing to internal updates and external disclosures.

• Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency, including budget tracking, YourCause platform administration, and maintaining data integrity across volunteer and giving programs.

Pro Bono Program Support

• Support CrowdStrike Pro Bono program operations, including application review, quoting, onboarding and ongoing account management.

• Serve as a key point of contact for pro bono partners, ensuring a seamless experience from intake through program delivery.

Communications & Program Support

• Support Social Impact campaigns across all CrowdStrike locations and entities.

• Partner cross-functionally to understand business goals and identify opportunities where Social Impact programs can drive meaningful alignment and support organizational priorities.

• Support communications efforts for Social Impact programs, developing forward-looking messaging that amplifies CrowdStrike's community impact.

• Provide programmatic support for signature Social Impact initiatives as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as nonprofit management, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, volunteer management or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience managing volunteer or employee engagement programs, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.

• Proficiency with corporate giving or volunteer management platforms (YourCause or similar).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing program communications or campaigns.

• Experience with budget management and financial tracking.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly around data integrity and reporting.

• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on Social Impact priorities while cultivating meaningful connections with nonprofit partners, volunteer committee leads, and pro bono clients to drive program growth and community impact.

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement and budget management tools.

• Experience contributing to ESG or corporate sustainability reporting.

• Background working in or alongside the technology or cybersecurity industry.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The hourly rate range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $34 - $53 per hour with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
