This position is responsible for supporting the overall strategy and execution plan for the SOC (System and Organizational Controls) program and process controls within CTDI for both processing of financial transactions (SOC1) and Information Security controls (SOC2). This individual will also be responsible for ensuring SOX compliance customer requirements and SEC / AICPA guidelines. Responsibilities: - Act as the liaison between the External Auditors (external) and CTDI Operations. - Liaise with Customer SOX Compliance areas on satisfying their reporting needs. - Evaluate and monitor SOC readiness and communicate the results internally. - Identify gaps and opportunities and define & follow through on actions for improvements. - Provide training to functional leads on SOC compliance as appropriate. - Communicate and interact with Branches, Verticals, Divisions, Corporate functions and customers (when needed) on SOC related matters and provide support and oversight. - Work with contracting team to ensure CTDI appropriately commits to a program that supports customer needs. Required Skills & Experience: - Public Accounting experience preferred - Proficient with SEC and PCAOB governance and reporting requirements - Proven skills and knowledge for SOC requirements and the implementation process - Hands-on experience on SOC1 and SOC2 audit support - Subject matter knowledge on information security is preferred - Excellent analytical, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point - Ability to work independently and as a team player - Potential for limited travel as appropriate Education: - Bachelor's degree required You will love working in our family-oriented company!
