Qualifications

• 5-7 years of material development experience, particularly in the context of 3D printing.
• Solid grasp of materials science fundamentals and polymer product development.
• Hands-on expertise in thermo-plastic engineering.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to conduct numerous experiments.
• Analytical mindset to design and execute experiments for optimizing materials.
• Proactive and self-motivated; able to learn and adapt skills independently.
• Effective documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative SLS materials for 3D printing from concept to commercialization.
• Lead research initiatives to enhance SLS material performance.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams to refine materials based on user feedback.
• Design evaluation methodologies for material formulations integrated with SLS print systems.
• Balance material chemistry, thermal dynamics, and printing parameters for optimal results.
