Sleep Medicine Physician to

Position HighlightsA Clinically Based Leadership Role- Majority of time is direct patient care, including:
- Full responsibility for all Sleep Lab interpretations
- Leadership responsibilities are integrated into your schedule-not layered on top:
- 8 hours/month of protected administrative time included in base compensation
- Remaining hours follow our RVU-based productivity model
Administrative Scope (Site Director - AASM Standard)- Function as the Site Director for AASM Accreditation
Lead through a dyad model to ensure ongoing compliance with AASM standards - Collaborate closely in managing the clinical aspects and performance of the provider team
- Partner with system leadership to drive departmental growth and service expansion
- No additional stipend-leadership responsibilities are part of the base role and recognized in the model design
Qualifications- MD/DO
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Sleep Medicine
(Pulmonology training welcome but not required depending on your intended practice mix) - Unrestricted Maine medical license (or ability to obtain)
