ResponsibilitiesPractice Details:
- 100% Outpatient
- Robust multidisciplinary team with pharmacists, care manager, dietician, social workers, surgeons, radiologists, and palliative care experts
- Deliver dedicated outreach care weekly
- Shared weekday evening call coverage 1 - 2 times per week
- CoC Accreditation
- QOPI Certification
NP Requirements:
- Successful completion of an APRN master's nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
- Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
- Current DEA licensure
- Strong internal medicine knowledge
- Oncology experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
- Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate care plans, modifying as indicated
- Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team
