WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, build relationships, and guide customers through the restoration process.

This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to come to you. You'll be expected to take initiative, build relationships, and create opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners and building strong customer relationships
• Identifying potential storm- or age-related roofing issues
• Conducting or assisting with roof inspections
• Educating homeowners on the restoration and replacement process
• Following up with customers and managing opportunities through the sales process
• Developing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities
• Participating in regular training, coaching, and performance meetings
• Working toward individual and team goals

EARN BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE

Our career path provides opportunities to increase both your responsibility and your earning potential:

• Sales Representatives: $6,000-$12,000 per month
• Senior Producers: $9,000-$18,000 per month
• Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
• Regional Leaders: $350,000+ annually

Top-performing team members have the opportunity to exceed these earning ranges. Commission is uncapped, and actual earnings vary based on individual performance and other factors.
