Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with personnel and the public.
• Compliance with state and local licensing requirements.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is necessary for employment.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating client-specific technology and producing reports.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality service delivery to assigned customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security staff.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff within established guidelines.
• Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager and assist in identifying candidates.
• Ensure officers receive proper training and manage performance through evaluations and feedback.
• Address employee grievances with support from HR as necessary.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software for effective business management and reporting.
