Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally as a Site Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be available for in-person site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with trades and suppliers, resolving challenges quickly to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Act as the on-site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients to manage communication effectively.
• Use tools like Procore and SiteDocs to track field reports, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Identify efficiencies and control costs while providing regular financial updates to leadership.
