Job Description Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings/facilities. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the Site Account Manager.

Location: Cargill, Eddyville, IA

Wage: Salary of up to $105,000.00
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, partial day on Friday.Job Description
What Will I Be Doing?

As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and safety. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervise and direct employees performing industrial equipment repair and maintenance
  • Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor quality
  • Act as liaison between Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and Departments
  • Promote C&W Services internally and externally; mentor team members
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, codes, and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through RCA and team development initiatives
  • Manage administrative tasks: timekeeping, job planning, work order completion, material ordering
  • Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, shutdowns, and vendor support
  • Maintain positive customer and employee relations
  • Organize training seminars for employee development
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The compensation for the position is: $ 89,250.00 - $105,000.00
