Full Job Description
SMX is seeking a Site Security Manager to provide subject matter expert (SME) to directly support and manage Space Force-INDOPACIFIC (SFI) collaborative workspace in the Pearlridge Facility in Aiea, Hawaii. This position will be responsible for the maintenance, security and upkeep of the Pearlridge Facility.

This position requires a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI which requires US citizenship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Required to live near the work site to meet 24/7 facilities emergency response requirement within 60-minutes or less from emergency notification or recall by the client leadership.
  • Submit, track, and ensure completion of facilities maintenance requests.
  • Assist in the processing of visitor requests, escort, and arrange escorts for "escort required" visitors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
  • Participate in and assist with scheduled inventories, briefings, and training events.
  • Assist in the management of physical security program and assist the access control officer in the implementation and management of SF700s and the key control program.
  • Assist in the issue and turn-in of office and facilities equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in and conduct pallet/container loading, unloading, movement, and storage of material.
  • Assist in the processing of purchase requests by consolidating requirements, open market research, and inputting purchase requests into PR builder.
  • Attend lock training and perform duties as a qualified/certified person to replace CX-10 locks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license; will be required to drive government vehicles on and off installation in the fulfillment of support requirements for the client.
  • Keep the SFI Director informed of critical facilities requirements.
  • CONUS, OCONUS and Overseas travel may be required.

Required Skills & Experience
  • DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI access.
  • 4 years experience, within the last 10 years, in access control and/or facilities management.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
  • Experience supervising small teams of two to five personnel - providing guidance and direction for project milestones and completion.
