  • Perform Job Hazard Analyses & Risk Assessments
  • Monitor and maintain accountability for proper PPE usage and field safety practices across all site personnel.
  • Investigate Incidents & Near Misses
  • Document findings, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Safety Documentation
  • Partner with Field Leadership
  • Take immediate action to stop work when unsafe conditions, behaviors, or risks are identified.
  • Promote a Culture of Safety
  • Participate in both internal and external safety audits, inspections, and customer reviews.
  • Provide Safety Reporting to Leadership

Environments You'll Support
  • Large-scale projects requiring strong field presence and proactive safety management.
  • Data centers and technically complex environments requiring disciplined execution and heightened safety standards.
  • Coordination across field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and multiple construction disciplines.
  • Safety coaching, onboarding, ongoing training, and field engagement initiatives.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety, field safety leadership, or related safety management roles
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
  • Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or commercial construction environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Strong understanding of hazard recognition and implementation of corrective actions
  • Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, standards, and site requirements
  • Strong field presence with the ability to influence safe work behaviors and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both field and leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations and emergency responses
  • Strong coaching and leadership capabilities with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, reporting systems, and field documentation tools
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • OSHA 500/510 certification strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High School Diploma/GED required; additional safety certifications preferred

What's in It for You?
  • Play a direct role in creating safer work environments and protecting the well-being of teams across critical projects.
  • Support complex projects where safety performance directly impacts operational success.
  • Partner with project leadership, field teams, and customers to drive safety excellence.
  • Continue building your expertise in safety leadership, compliance, and construction operations.
  • Comprehensive compensation package including benefits, development opportunities, and long-term career growth.
