ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Site Reliability Engineer, your primary mission is to ensure the health, repeatability, and operational excellence of our entire infrastructure across both cloud and edge environments. You will be the operational force multiplier for our engineering teams, responsible for day-to-day environment maintenance, improving CI/CD pipelines, and building automated testing for all infrastructure changes. Your central charter is to systematically identify and eliminate manual toil, turning it into scalable, automated solutions that increase platform resilience. We are looking for an engineer with a true operational mindset who is passionate about using their systems administration, IaC, and scripting skills to achieve maximum uptime and repeatability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Environment O&M: routine operations, maintenance, patching, and health of the infra environment across
    cloud and supporting edge. Patch/update management and remote management tooling.
  • DevOps improvements: CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, GCR-based redeploy, and toil-reduction
    automation.
  • Automated testing: build automated test/validation for infrastructure changes and deployments.
  • Observability hygiene: ensure logs/metrics/dashboards stay wired as the environment changes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
  • Mid-level systems administration / DevOps / SRE: Linux, IaC (Terraform/Nix), CI/CD, scripting.
  • Comfort with GCP and containers/K8s; test-automation aptitude.
  • Operational mindset - measures success in uptime, repeatability, and reduced manual steps.


US Salary Range

$146,000-$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
